Read the terms of service carefully, as soon as you buy a work of art from me you accept all the terms written here, I will deny any commission that is not within the terms.

- Attention -
I have the right to refuse any commission that I am not comfortable with or do not want to accept the terms of.
I have every right to my work, so don't add it to your gallery or portfolio without due credit, don't claim that the art is yours. You have the right to use your commission for any personal use you wish (avatars, wallpapers, icons, profile pictures, upload to your own personal galleries with credit granted, etc.)
You cannot use art in a commercial way, unless I am informed in advance and I can make art in private if you don't want it to be posted in my gallery, let me know in advance.

- Commission procedure -
You should send me the following information:

Once I approve your order, I'll send you a draft for approval.
I'll then send you my PayPal email (I only use it) for you to pay 50% of the artwork cost. Once payment is received, I'll begin working on your order as soon as possible.
I usually send a WIP. If requested, I'll show you more WIPs in progress.
You can request a work in progress at any time.
Once the image is ready, I'll send a full-resolution gallery file to your email and later upload the final image to my social media.
- Payment Process and Refunds -
Payments can be made in US Dollars (USD) or in EUR or GBP via PayPal.
Payment is due after approval of the initial draft. Unfortunately, I do not accept installments or payment plans.
I will likely complete your order within a week to a month of completion, depending on the backlog, the type of order, and my personal schedule.
I cannot guarantee that I will complete your order within a specific timeframe. However, I will do my best to meet any reasonable deadline you have in mind.
I do not offer full refunds, as I can only refund unfinished work. However, if you are not satisfied with the final piece, I will offer a new version or a partial refund, depending on the type of artwork.
You cannot change the order type after you approve the draft and submit payment. However, I accept up to three minor edits. If you exceed three edits on a piece, I may charge an additional fee before proceeding.
Please do not send me any form of payment without my consent. Always let me know with a printout proving that you made the payment.
